classification; and (b) the remaining portions of the same parcels that are
presently not designated Low Density Residential, from Light Industrial to
Low Density Residential classification, to permit the existing industrial
building to be located fully within the industrial zone and the house to be
fully within the residential zone, as requested by 037042 N.B. Inc.
