Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, the
Future Land Use Plan, two parcels of land at 10 and 33 Magazine
Street, from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential
classification, to permit the two parcels to be combined for future
development of high-rise apartments, as requested by Corporation 1906
Inc.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the smaller parcel, known
as 10 Magazine Street, from "IL-1" Neighbourhood Institutional to
"RM-2" High Rise Multiple Residential classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
5. 7:30 p.m. - Stanley Elmer Leonard Wilson in his capacity as Executor under the Last
Will & Testament of Stanley Marshall Wilson, deceased, to appear to show
cause why the building located at 1377 Lorneville Road (NBGIC Number
285338) should not be removed or destroyed as a dangerous or dilapidated
building.
