L.S.O. Enterprises Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a triangular parcel of
land located to the rear of 5Z0-550 Somerset Street, from "RS-Z"
One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "I_I" Light Industrial
classification, to permit the subject land to be consolidated with
the light industrial use of the adjoining lands currently owned by
Wm. P. Dowd & Sons Ltd., as requested by Wm. P. Dowd & Sons Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
8. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule Z-A two parcels of land at 10 and 33 Magazine Street, from
Low Density Residential to High Density Residential classification, to
bring the Plan designation in conformity with the zoning on the larger
parcel and permit the re-zoning of the smaller parcel to the "RM-Z" High
Rise Multiple Residential zone, as requested by Corporation 1906 Inc.
