7:00 p.m. - (a)
Proposed amendment to proposal as adopted on July 3, 1973, for a
parcel of land at 184 Hilyard Street, located at the intersection
of Hilyard and Main Streets adjacent to Hilyard Place, to permit
development of a restaurant, automotive repair establishment and
retail store in two buildings having a total floor area of
approximately 10,000 feet, as requested by Flash Muffler Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.

7:00 p.m. - (a)
Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at
the end of Watertower Road and adjacent to the Saint John
Throughway in Spruce Lake Industrial Park, from "P" Park to "US"
Utility and Service classification, to place the site of the
existing City water tank reservoir in a zone which permits the
existing use, and to permit construction of a second water tank
reservoir on the site.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.

7:00 p.m. - (a)
Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at
393 Eldersley Avenue at Latimer Lake, from "P" Park to "US"
Utility and Service classification, to place the site of the
existing Latimer Lake water treatment plant in a zone which
permits the existing use, and to permit an expansion of the use to
accommodate fluoridation facilities.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
7. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A four parcels of land located on both sides of Mark
Drive, from Low Density Residential to Light Industrial classification,
to permit the re-zoning of the same area and development of a business
park servicing industrial or commercial uses, as requested by Hughes
Surveys & Consultants Ltd.
8. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land located at 16-20 Richmond Street, from
High Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification,
to permit re-zoning of the property and construction of an addition to
the funeral home located on Waterloo Street, as requested by
Fitzpatrick's Funeral Service Ltd.
9. 7:30 p.m. - Presentation by Housing Working Group re activities, recommendations and
future areas of interest.
10. 7:45 p.m. - Presentation by Saint John Central Business Development Corporation re
Christmas lights for King Street.
