Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate a parcel of land
at 1382 Hickey Road, from Low Density Residential to Light
Industrial classification, to permit the land to be used for the
establishment of a terminal for Purolator Courier, as requested by
Claude F. Savoie.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of
land from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Residential to "I-I" Light
Industrial classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
two parcels of land at 152-156 Westmorland Road, from Low Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit re-
zoning of the parcel to "B-2" General Business classification which will
permit the development of an office building with two apartments, as
requested by Blair Construction Limited.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
some or all of the following properties which in total cover an area of
10.5 acres, from Medium Density Residential to District Centre
Commercial classification: 354 Main Street, 24-26 Douglas Avenue, 28
Douglas Avenue, 36 Douglas Avenue, 50 Douglas Avenue, 56 Douglas Avenue,
60 Douglas Avenue, 80 Douglas Avenue, 132 Douglas Avenue, 144 Douglas
Avenue, 156-158 Douglas Avenue, 176 Douglas Avenue, Chesley Drive and
Main Street, and undeveloped Edward Street, to permit the adoption of a
specific proposal using the "ID" Integrated Development zone which would
include an office tower, retail space, indoor parking facilities,
apartment building and a hotel development, as requested by Malcolm A.E.
