from "R-1B" One-Family Residential and "RS-2" One- and Two-Family
Suburban Residential to "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential
classification, to permit dwellings in this area to be used for
two-family occupancy, as requested by Ronald Wallace.

Neighbourhood Plan to redesignate two parcels of land at 270-272

to be re-zoned to permit a taxi office and taxi cab parking area,
as requested by Gambit Holdings & Development Ltd.
