permit a larger site for Romero House which was recently approved
at 649-57 Brunswick Drive, as requested by Romero House Inc.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zonlng.

Street, from IR-2" One- and Two-Family Residential to IRM-1" Three-
Storey Multiple Residential classification, to permit the addition

(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a 5-acre parcel of land
located on the east side of Heather Way, from IRM-2" Highrise Multiple
Residential and IIRS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to
"RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple Residential classification, to permit
the development of a crescent street with 44, two-bedroom, one-storey
townhouses, as requested by Scott Bros. Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
7. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to Common Council resolution of February 6, 1989
with respect to the re-zoning of 555 Grandview Avenue to allow for
a change in signage and site plan, to permit a canopy sign and a
revised site plan, as requested by Port City Mobile Steam Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.

on Schedule 2-A, the Future Land Use Plan, a lot at 1361 Hickey Road,
from Low Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification
