or marked as required by the Building Inspector. The owner shall, if
requested by the Building Inspector, provide one or more reference
benchmarks.'I, to enable City staff to verify compliance with the
Zoning By-Law requirements with respect to the alteration of land
by excavation of sand, gravel or other deposits.

5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
a lot containing approximately 2500 square feet and located at 327
Charlotte Street, from Medium Density Residential to Light Industrial
classification, to permit re-zoning of the land from "RM-l" Three-
Storey Multiple Residential to "1-1" light Industrial classification
so that it may be used for a bottle exchange, as requested by Willard
C. Trites.
