6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment re (i) re-zoning the rear portion
of 500 Westmorland Road, from "/-2" Heavy Industrial to "SC'I Shopping
Centre classlficaton; and (ii) amending the Section 39 agreement
adopted by Council on July 25, 1988 with respect to the re-zoning
of the front portion of the above-noted lands to "SC" Shopping Centre,
as requested by Clearview Mobile Homes Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
7. 7:00 p.m. - Proposed amendment to Saint John City Centre Preservation Area By-Law
to enlarge the area of the City Centre Preservation area by including
Orange Street bounded on the east by Crown Street, on the west by Sydney
Street, on the north by all properties facing Orange Street, on the south
by all properties facing Orange Street and by all corner buildings on
Carmarthen, Wentworth and Pitt Streets facing Orange Street, as requested
by the Saint John Preservation Review Board.
8. 7:30 p.m. - Lena Ring O'Ree and Esther May Lewis, Owners, to appear to show cause
why the building located at 88 Spar Cove Road should not be removed
or destroyed as a dangerous or dilapidated building.
