(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcels of

5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone two parcels of land at

General Business classification, to permit a portion of the existing
building to be used for three or more el~ctronic or mechanical
amusement devices (games arcade), as requested by Thomas A. Cormier.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.

from IR-1B" One-Family Residential to IR-2" One- and Two-Family
Residential classification, to permit two-family use of the

7. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to Section 39 conditions Imposed when 77 Glen
Road was re-zoned In 1979 to permit retail store selling grocery
items and a take-out in the existing building, to permit the
demolition of the existing building and construction of a retail
building with proper parking area, as requested by Tom Daly.
