4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A
all that area of land located on both sides of Hillcrest Road to
the north and west of Grahams Brook, from Light Industrial and
Open Space to Low Density Residential classification, such area
being unserviced and should be in the same classification as the
surrounding area.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at
209 Prince Street West, from IR-2" One- and Two-Family Residential
to "RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple Residential classification, to
permit development of a 6-unit apartment building, as requested by
William Joseph Shannon.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
(c) Letter in opposition to the proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at
531 Hi llcrest Road, from "RS-l" One- and Two-Fami ly Suburban
Residential and "RF" Rural to "RR" Rural Residential classification,
to permit the development of a 20-10t subdivision which will be
serviced by individual wells and septic tank systems, as requested
by Richard MacDonald.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
7. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law text amendment to add a new clause to Section
520(2)(a) to read: "(V) notwithstanding the provisions of this sub-
section a tavern or cabaret may be located at 449-451 Main Street
(L.R.I.S. Number 370676)11, to permit the licensing of an existing
restaurant at 451 Main Street as a special premises (recreational),
as requested by M.T. and The Bear Co.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
8. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to May 2, 1988 resolution pursuant to Section
39 of the Community Planning Act 50 that the use of the building
at 357 Dufferin Row shall be limited to an inn with dining
facilities, the USe of such property at the present being limited
to a funeral home and it is proposed to utilize the existing
building as an inn with dining facilities, as requested by
Kev i n Murphy.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
9. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law text amendment to (a) renumber clause (d) in
Section 520(2) as (d) (i); and (b) add a new sub-clause to read: "(i i)
notwithstanding sub-clause (i), a car sales lot may be located at 85-
87-89 Russell Street", to permit a car sales lot at 85-87-89 Russell
Street although Russell Street is not a Provincial highway, as
requested by the solicitor for Stephen Gaetz.
