1. Meeting called to order, 7:00 p.m., September 19 - prayer.
2. Approval of minutes (September 12).
3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone three parcels of land,
which together contain 1347 sq. m (14,500 square feet), located on
the corner of Dunn Avenue and Cushing Street, and having civic
number 531 Dunn Avenue, from "R-1B" One-Family Residential to "IL-1"
Neighbourhood Institutional classification, to permit the building
and land to be used for a Church and related parking, as requested
by Mr. Frank and Reverend Marilyn Cassidy.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to resdesignate on Schedule 2-A
a parcel of land identified as L.R.I.S. Number 310417, having civic
number 941 to 951 Golden Grove Road and containing 3.7 acres with
a frontage of 382 feet on the northern side of Golden Grove Road,
approximately one-half mile east of the Hillcrest Road intersection,
from Rural to Light Industrial classification, to permit establish-
ment of an auto repair business, as requested by Mr. Elmer Soucy.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same area from
"RS-1M" One- and Two-Family and Mobile Home Suburban Residential
to "1-1" Light Industrial classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to the North End Urban Renewal Scheme so that
Site "D", which is now subject to a resolution of Common Counci 1
dated September 25, 1978 relating to the racquet ball club at
199 Chesley Drive, may be used for offices, repairing and assembling
electronic items, and repairing electrical items, as requested by
Fundy Cable Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to adopt the Mi1Hdgevi11e Secondary
Plan and repeal the provisions of the existing Municipal Plan By-Law
in conflict therewith, to establish new Municipal Plan policies whi ch
would apply to the area comprising approximately 1,050 hectares
delineated to the south by the New Brunswick Electric transmission
corridor, to the west by the St. John River, to the north by the
Kennebecasis River and to the east by Sandy Point Road, and which
would provide the framework for supporting legislation such as zoning,
subdivision and building by-laws.

in the Millidgevil1e Secondary Plan.
