1. Meeting called to order, 7:00 p.m., April 25 - prayer.
2. Approval of minutes (April 18).
3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A
a parcel of land located at 357 Dufferin Row, containing 2531 sq.m.
(27,244 sq.ft.) with a frontage of 39.38 m (129 ft.), from Low
Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification,
to permit the existing building and site to be used for a funeral
home and related parking, as requested by Dufferin Funeral Service.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Residential to "B-2" General Business
classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
4. 7:00 D.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone an approximate 15.8 ha
(39 acre) parcel of land located at 3840 Loch Lomond Road, east of
Douglas Lake and the end of Morrison Road, from "RS-l" One- and Two-
Family Suburban Residential to "RR" Rural Residential classification,
to permit development of a rural residential subdivision for one-family
dwellings on .5 ha (1.25 acre) lots, as requested by Louis Doucet.

5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone an approximately 56 ha
(140 acre) parcel of land located at 282 Church land Road, with a
frontage of 615 m (2,017 ft.), from "RF" Rural to "RR" Rural Residential
classification, to permit a rural residential subdivision containing
approximately 80 lots, as requested by Marilyn MacDonald.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
(c) Letters of objection re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A two lots located at 173 and 177 Princess Streets, which
have a combined frontage of 23 m (76 ft.) on Princess Street and an area
of 755 sq.m. (8,132 sq.ft.), from Medium Density Residential to Major
Institutional classification, to permit development of a parking lot for
St. Malachy's High School, as requested by The Roman Catholic Bishop of
Saint John.
