parcel of land at 500 Westmorland Road, having a frontage of approxi-
mately 700 m on Westmorland Road and an area of approximately 13 ha,
from "1-2" Heavy Industrial to "sc" Shopping Centre classification,
to permit development of a furniture store of 4,200 s~.m., two
automotive dealerships and a shopping mall of 7,700 sq.m., as
requested by Mr. James F. Watt.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a 1.4 ha vacant parcel
of land located on the east side of Manchester Avenue between
Mollins Drive and the NBEPC transmission lines, from "R-IA" One-
Family Residential classification to "R-2" One- and Two-Family
Residential classification with respect to a 30 m strip fronting
on Manchester Avenue, and the remainder of the parcel, including
a 15 m access driveway from Manchester AVenue to "RM-l" Three-
Storey Multiple Residential classification, to permit development
of 5 lots for two-family houses fronting on Manchester Avenue and
a private driveway to 24 unit "garden homes development", consisting
of one-storey townhouses, as requested by Manford M. Thompson
Construction Company Limited.
