a parcel of land approximately 12m (40 ft.) deep and approximately
62m (200 ft.) long to the rear of the existing Shamrock Truss
building at 691 Somerset Street, from Medium Density Residential
to Light Industrial classification, to place in Industrial
designation and zoning all of the property utilized by the existing
industrial businesses, as requested by Shamrock Truss & Components Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "P" Park to "1-1" Light Industrial classification.

Residential classification, to facilitate the residential development
