3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate a parcel of land
at 40 Canon Street from Medium Density Residential to District
Centre Commercial classification, to permit the continued use of
the existing building for offices and apartments, as requested
by Wayne Erb Builders Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of
land from "RM-1IJ Three-Storey Multiple Residential to IB-2" General
Business classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate a 32-acre parcel
of land at 1216 Sand Cove Road from Major Institutional to District
Centre Commercial classification, to permit the development of the
Maritime Opportunity Centre which will include a trade centre, a
training school (with accommodation), meeting rooms, offices and
craft production areas in the existing building, as requested by
Mr. Ken Biron, Biron Engineering Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of
land from "IL-211 Major Institutional to "IDII Integrated Development
classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - Proposed vesting in City of Saint John so called Ilfire lane" or
"service lane'l lying south of Rothesay Avenue between Marlbourough
and Rockwood Avenues.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Publ ic presentation of a proposed Municipal Plan amendment to remove
the stage 2 designation on Schedule 9-A of the Plan a parcel of land
containing approximately 83 acres located on the northern side of
Loch Lomond Road between Greenwood Street and Griggs Road, to permit
re-zoning of the parcel from "RS-l" One- and Two-Family Suburban
Residential to "RR" Rural Residential classification, so that it may
be developed with a subdivision with minimum lot area of 1.25 acres
and be serviced by individual wells and septic tank, as requested by
Mr. Thomas E. Secord.
