Phase One, Stage One, Block 18 containing approximately 9.5 acres
and located on the southwest corner of Eagle Boulevard and Heather
Way and also fronting on a portion of Boyaner Crescent, to permit
the development of the area for 34 one-family lots, as requested by
New Brunswick Housing Corporation.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone Block 18 from IRS-2"
One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "R-1B" One-Family
Residential classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 9-A
from Stage 3 to Unstaged classification a vacant parcel of land at
3135 Loch Lomond Road, containing approximately 20 acres and a
frontage of 576 feet on Loch Lomond Road and extending to Hillcrest
Road, to permit development of a street with approximately 13 lots
with on-site wells and septic tanks, as requested by Maritime Sod Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel from "RS-l"
One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "RR" Rural Residential
classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at
55 Oakland Street, containing 11,335 sq.ft. with a frontage of 98 ft.
on th.e western si'de of Oakland Street, from IIR-2" One- and Two-Family
Residential to "R-4" Four-Family Residential classification, to permit
conversion of the existing building from two 4-bedroom apartments to
two 2-bedroom and two bachelor apartments, as requested by
Paul Laurence Carlson.
