Scheme, Phase One, Stage One, to remove block 18 containing approximately
9.5 acres and located on the southwest corner of Eagle Boulevard and
Heather Way and also fronting on a portion of Boyaner Crescent, to permit
re-zoning of the area and to permit the development of the area for 34
one-family building lots, as requested by New Brunswick Housing Corporation.

Schedule 9-A from Stage 3 to Unstaged classification a vacant parcel of
land at 3135 Loch Lomond Road, containing approximately 20 acres and
a frontage of 576 feet on Loch Lomond Road and extending to Hillcrest
Road, to permit re-zoning of the parcel to I'RR" Rural Residential zone
to permit the development of a road with approximately 13 lots with on-
site well and septic tanks, as requested by Maritime Sod Ltd.
