4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a parcel of land
approximately 10 ac in area located adjacent to Royal Parkway,
which is partially undeveloped, from Low Density Residential to
Medium Density Residential classification, to permit development
of twelve, three-storey, 18-unit apartment buildings, as requested
by Atlantic Recoveries Limited.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same area from
IRS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential and IR-1A" One-
Family Residential to "RM-I'1 Three-Storey Multiple Residential
classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.

5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify from stage one to
unstaged classification a parcel of land containing approximately
8 hectares (20 ac) in area at 2405 Westfield Road, having a frontage
of 35 m (115 ft) on Westfield Road nearly opposite Belmont Road, to
allow development of 13 lots for one-family homes, each serviced by
well and septic tank, as requested by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from IIRS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "RR" Rural
Residential classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.

6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone an approximate 55 acre
parcel of land located to the west of Woodward Avenue and south of
the Samuel de Champlain School, from I'R-1B" One-Family Residential
and IRS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to IIRSS" One-
Family Serviced Suburban Residential classification, to permit the
development of a subdivision for one-family houses with paved
streets, City water and sanitary sewers but with open storm drainage
and overhead power, telephone and cable television lines.

7. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone an area of land located
to the south of Daniel Avenue, from IRM-2" Highrise Multiple
Residential to I'R-IA" One-Family Residential classification, to permit
the development of a subdivision with approximately 45 lots, as
requested by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
8. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone those areas around the
Lancaster Plaza on Fairvi11e Boulevard, which were not re-zoned to
to the "SC" Shopping Centre zone but remain zoned "1-0" Integrated
Development, such areas including road right-of-way, a railway line
and a power transformer, from "1-0" Integrated Development to "1-1"
Light Industrial classification, to remove all of the "1-0" zoning
from these areas.

9. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to remove the Stage I designation
on Schedule 9-A of the Municipal Development Plan with respect to a
parcel of land containing approximately 150 acres with road frontage
on the west side of Foster Thurston Drive and the north side of
Ashburn Road, to permit development of a subdivision of approximately
58 lots, each lot to have a minimum area of 1.25 acres and be serviced
by individual wells and septic tanks, as requested by Kennedy
Developments Ltd.

Centre Commercial classification, to allow re-zoning of the parcel
from I'RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to lB-2" General
Business classification, to permit the construction of a 42 ft. x 140 ft.
building to house a mix of retail uses, as requested by Master Enterprises
Ltd.
12. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify
the area surrounding and including the Old General Hospital, excluding
St. Joseph's Hospital, on Waterloo Street, from Major Institutional to
District Centre Commercial classification, to allow for re-zoning of
certain properties to an 11D" Integrated Development Zone which would
accommodate the specific mixed use proposal which will include offices,
commercial space, community services, residential, student apartments
and a health spa, as requested by A. D. Rockwork Ltd.
