3A. Presentation of Loyalist Flag by the New Brunswick Branch of The United Empire
Loyalists' Association of Canada.
4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate five lots at
235-237 Bayside Drive, 243 Bayside Drive, 245 Bayside Drive,
6 Mount Pleasant Avenue and 10 Mount Pleasant Avenue, located
on the southeast corner of Bayside Drive and Mount Pleasant
Avenue, from Low Density Residential to District Centre
Commercial classification, to permit the development of a gas
bar and retail store, as requested by Langtry Development Inc.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone those portions of
the above lots which are presently not "B-2'1 from IR-2" One-
and Two-Family Residential to IB-2" General Business classifi-
cation.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate the property at
91 Red Head Road from Low Density Residential to District Centre
Commercial classification, to permit the re-zoning of this property
to "B-2" General Business classification to permit construction of
a building to be used for the sale and service of motorcycles and
motorcycle accessories, as requested by Mr. Eldon J. Hogan.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the above property
from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "B-2'1
General Business classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land
containing approximately 5 acres located between Boars Head
Road and Woodward Avenue from "R-1A" and IR-1B" One-Family
Residential to IR-2" One- and Two-Family Residential classifi-
cation to permit the development of a subdivision for semi-
detached two-family dwell ings on a new street with access off
Woodward Avenue, as requested by S & A Holdings Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
(c) Letter of objection from The Church of Saint Andrew and Saint David.
7. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to remove
the Stage 1 designation on Schedule 9-A of the Plan with respect to a
a parcel of land containing approximately 150 acres with road frontage
on the west side of Foster Thurston Drive and the north side of Ashburn
Road, to permit re-zoning of the parcel from "RF" Rural to "RR" Rural
Residential classification so that it may be developed with a subdivision
of approximately 58 lots with each lot to have a minimum area of 1.25
acres and be serviced by individual wells and septic tanks, as requested
by Kennedy Developments Ltd.
8. 7:15 p.m. - Presentation on behalf of Lower Cove Housing Co-Operative re
provision of additional parking spaces in area of lower
Prince William and St. James Streets.
