with frontage on Spruce Avenue, Bayside Drive and Mount Pleasant
Avenue from "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential and "B-2" General
Business to "IL-l" Neighbourhood Institutional classification, to
permit the construction of a church and related educational facilities
as requested by the Full Gospel Assembly.

Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a 3 acre parcel of land
located on the northern side of Sand Cove 'Road, approximately 500 feet
east of the entrance to the Dr. W. F. Roberts Hospital SchoOl, and
having a frontage of approximately 500 feet and depth of approximately
300 feet, being a portion of the former Provincial Hospital Annex
property and more recently occupied by the Church of the Nazarene,
from "RF" Rural to "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential classification,
to permit subdivision and development of ~his parcel of land for 15 one
or two family dwellings, as requested by Manford M. Thompson Con-
struction Company Limited.

together make up the western two-thirds o! the block located on the
eastern side of Charlotte Street between Sroad Street and Broadview
Avenue, from Medium Density Residential tq Light Industrial classification,
to make the zoning consistent with past irtdustrial use of property, as
requested by Regal Wholesale Ltd. .
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the said property from
"RM-l" Three Storey Multiple Residential to "I-I" Light Industrial
classification.

from Medium Density Residential to Light ~ndustrial classification,
to permit the property to be used for an ~uto body shop, as requested
by Crowe's Auto Body Shop.
