Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel
of land on the west side of Millidge Avenue between 63 Millidge
Avenue and Valerie Street , from Low Density Residential to Light
Industrial classification in order to bring the property within
a land use designation appropriate to the existing use and to
provide additional area for the company's use, as requested by
Baxter Dairies Limited.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone two lots on the
west side of Mi1lidge Avenue having civic numbers 71 and 87,
being a part of Baxter Dairies property, from "RM-l" Three
Storey Multiple Residential to "I-I" Light Industrial.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land
(formerly occupied by Hillside Grocery) at 362 Somerset Street
(L.R.I.S. Number 047423), from "B-1" Local Business to "B-2"
General Business, to allow establishment of a used clothing
store, as requested by Raydor Limited.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation regarding a proposed Municipal Plan By-Law
amendment to reclassify a parcel of land on the north side of
Sri tain Street occupied by Nei 11 Printing (L. R. 1. S. Number )
1701 ), from Medium Density Residential to Light Industrial
classification in order to bring the property within a land
use designation appropriate to the existing use, and to allow
rezoning to Light Industrial, as requested by Mr. Howard Neill.
7. 7:30 p.m. -(a) Peter Greene, Owner of the Equity of Redemption, and Lillian
F. McDiarmid, Mortgage~ to appear to show cause why the building
located at 77 Riverview Drive should not be removed or destroyed
as a dangerous or dilapidated building.
