Meeting called to order, 7:00 p.m., July 12th - prayer Confirmation of minutes (June 28th) Mayor's remarks 4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of land on the west side of Millidge Avenue between 63 Millidge Avenue and Valerie Street , from Low Density Residential to Light Industrial classification in order to bring the property within a land use designation appropriate to the existing use and to provide additional area for the company's use, as requested by Baxter Dairies Limited. (b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone two lots on the west side of Mi1lidge Avenue having civic numbers 71 and 87, being a part of Baxter Dairies property, from "RM-l" Three Storey Multiple Residential to "I-I" Light Industrial.
