7:00 p.m. - (a)
Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to permit "an outdoor stand for the
sale of goods in season" to be located in Suburban Residential (RS-l,
RS-lM, RS-2, and RS-2m) zones provided they are located on the following
streets: Loch Lomond Road, Rothesay Road, Westfield Road (Bay Street),
Red Head Road south of Old Read Head Road, Ocean Westway, Golden Grove
Road east of Westmor1and Road in accordance with the general development
standards and subject to terms and conditions which may be imposed by the
Planning Advisory Committee.
(b) Letter from the Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone 14 properties from their
present zoning to "IL-I" Neighbourhood Institutional classification, to
place existing institutional uses in an institutional zone.
(b) Letter from the Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a
parcel of land on the south side of Grandview Avenue, approximately 1,650 feet
west of Champlain Drive, containing aproximately one acre with a frontage of
100 feet, located at 656 Grandview Avenue (L.R.I.S. Number 348425), from
Light Industrial to Low Density Residential classification in order to bring
the property within a land use designation appropriate to the existing use,
and to allow re-zoning to residential so that an addition to the existing
dwelling may be permitted, as requested by Mr. Theodore W. Harrison.
