Proposed Zoning By- Law amendment to add a definition of "gasoline bar"
and to permit the establishment of gasoline bars in "B-1" Local
Business and "B-2" General Business zones in accordance with a number
of development standards and subject to terms and conditions which may
be imposed by the Planning Advisory Committee.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
(c) Letter from Atlantic Seven Limited in support of proposed amendment.

Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify parcels of land
on the south side of Chesley Drive, which are presently used in some
manner by Ocean Steel, to permit expansion of an existing steel
fabrication business, as requested by Ocean Steel & Construction Ltd.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "I-I"
Light Industrial to "1-2" Heavy Industrial.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.

(a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone thirty-six schools and ten
churches from their present zoning to "IL-l" Neighbourhood Institutional
classification, to place all existing institutional uses in an
Institutional zone.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding said re-zonings.
7. 7:30 p.m. - Clarence Buckley, First Mortgagee of the Renewable Term for Years and

Term for Years - to appear to show cause why the building located at
741 Brunswick Drive should not be removed or destroyed as a dangerous or
dilapidated building.
