7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land approximately
2 acres in area with a frontage of approximately 180 feet on the east
side of the Westfield Road where it meets the Martinon By-Pass, from
"B-2" General Business and "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential
to "IL-I" Neighbourhood Institutional, to provide for the use of the
property as a church by the Christian Centre (Saint John) Inc.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
5. 7.00 p.m. - Proposed closing of portions of Broad Street and Broadview Avenue.
6. 7.00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a
parcel of land on the east side of Pitt Street between Britain and Broad
Streets, having civic numbers 262, 266 and 270 Pitt Street, plus a vacant
lot, to provide additional area for the establishment of an electrical
products wholesaler, as requested by Target Investments Ltd.
