7.00 p.m. - (a)
Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone approximately 25 acres of
land bounded on the north by the City of Saint John boundary, on the
east by the French Village Road and on the south and west by the Dolan
Road, from "RFM" Rural-Mobile to "P" Park, or amending Section l89B by
including "a cemetery" in the list of Permitted Uses in the "RFM" zone,
to permit the establishment of a cemetery, as requested by Crystal
Industries Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
5. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land located on
the southern side of Mount Loyal Roadway and east of the C. N. Railway
line, to permit the existing building to be used as a three-family dwellinf
as requested by Marjorie E. Braman.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of land
located on the south side of Boars Head Road, approximately 400 feet west
of Millidge Avenue, containing approximately 2.23 acres, to permit the
development of a medical office building~ 2 storeys high with a total
floor area of 10,080 square feet, as requested by Canterbury Holdings Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "R-lB"
Single Family Residential to "B-2" General Commercial district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
7. 7.00 p.m. - Proposed closing of a portion of Sydney S~reet.
~8. 7.00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a
parcel of land on the south side of Chesley Drive, to allow for the re-zoning
of the properties to permit a proposed expansion of an existing steel
fabrication business, as requested by Ocean Steel & Construction Ltd.
9. 7.00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a
parcel of land located at 295 Simpson Drive, to permit the re-zoning of the
parcel which presently contains a small portion of a building that is used
as an auto body repair and painting shop, as requested by Donald Lester, Sr.,
Shirley Lester, and Donald Lester, Jr.
