residential subdivisions in rural areas of the City (1st & 2nd readings given Nov. 23).
(b) Third reading of Zoning By-Law amendment to establish a new Rural Residential (RR)

(c) Third reading of Subdivision By-Law amendment to provide for a definition of "Rural
