Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify parcels of land
containing approximately 120 acres, with a frontage of approximately
1100 feet on the northerly side of Latimer Lake Road to place the land
in a zone in which the existing use by Ocean View Memorial Gardens for
a cemetery will be a permitted use.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the said parcels of land
from "RS-l" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "pit Park
district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of land
containing 22,500 square feet with a frontage of 180 feet on the southern
side of Ashburn Road, to permit the location of a landscaping business as
requested by Ernie's Home Improvement Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "RF" Rural
to "I-I" Light Industrial district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a 2.3 acre portion of a parcel
of land located on the south side of Loch Lomond Road, east of St. James
Anglican Church, from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential
to "IL-I" Neighbourhood Institutional to permit construction of a Meeting
Hall for the Jehovah's Witnesses.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
7. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law text amendment to say that subsection (2) of
Section 146A shall not apply when adjacent residential zoning occurs
subsequent to the enactment of the Zon~ng By-Law for the City of Saint
John dated November 14, 1977, to remove the restriction that certain
industrial uses may not be located within 500 feet of other zones, if
a residential zone was created after November 14, 1977.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment, and re
proposed Municipal Plan amendment and re-zoning of Mr. William Godfrey
property, Grandview Avenue.
8. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone an approximately 25 acre
parcel of land located on the southerly side of Manawagonish Road,
known as the Carvell Pit, from "RF" Rural to "R-2" One- and Two-Family
Residential to permit the development of a subdivision for one-family
dwellings, as requested by Joseph A. Likely Ltd.
(b) Letter from the Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
