5. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of land
contained approximately 2.3 acres located on the northeast corner of
Loch Lomond Road and foriere Drive, to permit the construction of a
20,000 square foot roller skating facility, as requested by Mr. Dante
Foriere.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "RS-l"
One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential and "RM-I" Three-Storey
Multiple Residential to "B-2" General Business district.
(c) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to add roller rink as a use in Part XV.
(d) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.

6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a one-acre lot
identified as 555 Grandview Avenue, to allow an addition to a single-
family home, as requested by Mr. William G. Godfrey.
(b)' Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "1-2" "
Heavy Industrial to "R-IB" One-Family Residential district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
7. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify properties
identified as 34 and 36 St. James Street and 21, 27 and 29 Britain Street
to permit the construction of a Men's Social Service Centre, as requested
by the Salvation Army.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said properties from "RM-I"
Multiple Residential to "IL-I" Neighbourhood Institutional district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
8. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify an approximately
2 acre portion of a parcel of land located on the west side of McAllister
Drive, opposite Highmeadow Park, to permit the construction of a roller
skating facility nearly 20,000 square feet in size, as requested by
Happy Wheels Ltd. '
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "RS-2"
One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "I-I" Light Industrial
district.
(c) Petition from residents of Highmeadow Park opposing proposed re-zoning.
9. 7.00 p.m. - Proposed closing of portions of Metcalf Street and Britain Street regarding
the Neighbourhood Improvement Programs.
10. 7.30 p.m. - Elsie R. Armstrong, Mortgagor; and Barbara Finley, Executrix of William C.
Crawford, Mortgagee, to appear to show cause why the building located at
18-20 Adelaide Street should not be removed or destroyed as a dangerous
or dilapidated building.
ll. 7.40 p.m. - Harold L. Coughlan, Jr., Mortgagor; Alma Landry and Daniel Landry, her husband,
and Emilie Johnson, First Mortgagees; Nova Scotia Savings & Loan Company,
Second Mortgagee; and Alice Johnson, Third Mortgagee, to appear to show cause
why the building located at 71 St. James Street should not be removed or
destroyed as a dangerous or dilapidated building.
