4. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify property situated
at the southeast corner of Cindy Lee Street and Bonita Avenue to permit
erection of a 30-foot by 50-foot two-storey addition to the existing
building for the use of storage for the convenience store and the creation
of apartment units, as requested by Mr. Lloyd Paul.
(b} Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "R-2"
One- and Two-family Residential to "B-2" General Business district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of land
comprising 3.25 acres, located on the eastern side of Rothesay Road,
approximately 800 feet north of Drury Cove Road, identified by civic
number 1110 Rothesay Road, to permit the erection of a 40-foot by
60-foot steel domed building to be used for the storage of landscaping
equipment material and vehicles, as requested by Ernie's Home Improve-
ment Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "RS-2"
One- and Two-family Suburban Residential to "1-1" Light Industrial
district.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify properties con-
taining 6.88 acres on the northern side of Loch Lomond Road, opposite
Jean Street, to permit construction of a 50,625 square foot commercial
recreational facility containing a roller skating rink, bowling alley,
restaurant and sporting goods store, as requested by N B R Holdings Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re':"zone said properties from "R-2"
One- and Two-Family Residential and "RM-l" Multiple Residential to "B-2"
General Business district.
(c) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to add intensive recreational
facilities, including roller rink and bowling alley, to Part XV.
(d} Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
7. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of
land comprising 33,600 square feet with a frontage of 364 feet on the
western side of St. Catherine Street, to permit the erection of a
72-foot by 32-foot two-storey brick veneer building to be used as
office and storage space for servicing of coin operated machines,
as requested by Service Coin Ltd.
(b} Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to re-zone said property
from "RM-I" Multiple Residential to "I-I" Light Industrial district.
(cl Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
8. 7.00 p.m. - (a} Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to amend Schedule 4-A, the
Street Plan, and subsection 4.3.3, so as to remove Boars Head Road
from its present designation as a "collector street" to permit sub-
division and development of lots fronting on Boars Head Road, as
requested by Stanley Gardens Ltd.
(b} Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
