south side of Loch Lomond Road, east of the Hickey Road from Low Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "RS-2"
One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "B_2" General Business
classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment by inserting a new subsection
which will contain policies respecting integrated development zones.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to delete existing regulations for
Integrated Development zones and substituting new regulations com-
plementary to the proposed new policies as in (a) above.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
6. 7.30 p.m. - Corporation 4 Holdings Ltd., Mortgagor; and The Royal Trust Company,
Mortgagee - to appear to show cause why the building located at 230 Rockland
Road should not be removed or destroyed as a dangerous or dilapidated
building.
