Be it enacted by the Common Lors d'une reunion du conseil
Council of The City of Saint John as communal, The City of Saint John a
follows: decrete ce qui suit:
1 A by-law of The City of Saint John
entitled, "A By-law Respecting The
Stopping Up and Closing of Highways In
The City of Saint John", enacted on the
nineteenth day of December, AD. 2005, is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section
188 immediately after Section 187 thereof,
as follows:

City of Saint John intitule, <<L'arrete sur
l'interruption de la circulation et la
fermeture des routes dans The city of Saint
John >>, decrete Ie 19 decembre 2005, est
modifie par l'ajout de l'article 188
immediatement apres l'article 187 comme
suit:
188 The City of Saint John does hereby 188 Par les presentes, The City of Saint
stop up and close permanently the John barre et ferme de fa90n permanente la
following portion of highway: portion d'une route suivante :
The following undeveloped streets in their
entirety as shown on a plan entitled "Plan
of Eastmount Situate at St. John, N.B."
prepared by Smith & Turnbull, Civil
Engineers & Land Surveyors bearing date
July 10th, 1915 and filed in the Saint John
County Registry Office on July II, 1916 as
File 12 No. 51: Poplar St., Walnut St.,
Ashland Ave., Elmwood Ave., Windsor
St., Amherst St., Woodland St., Eastmount
Crescent terminating with the westward
prolongation of the northern sideline of
block 6 and that portion of Rockwood
Avenue lying southward of the eastward
prolongation of the southern side of
Highland St., all of the undeveloped streets
being 15.24 metres (50 feet) in width save
and except Rockwood Avenue which has a
width of20 metres (66 feet).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by-law the 13th day of February,
AD. 2006 and signed by:

date du 10 juillet 1915 et depose au bureau
de l'enregistrement pour Ie comte de Saint
John, sous Ie dossier nO 12, document
nO 51: la rue Poplar, la rue Walnut,
l'avenue Ashland, l'avenue Elmwood, la
rue Windsor, la rue Amherst, la rue
Woodland, Ie croissant Eastmount, et
aboutissant a la prolongation en direction
ouest de la limite laterale nord du bloc nO 6
et Ie tron90n de l'avenue Rockwood situee
en direction sud de la prolongation est du
cote sud de la rue Highland, toutes les
routes non amenagees ayant une largeur de
15,24 metres (50 pieds) a l'exclusion de
l'avenue Rockwood dont la largeur est de
20 metres (66 pieds).

a fait apposer son sceau communal sur Ie
present arrete Ie 13 fevrier 2006, avec les
